Rancho Cordova Student Art Exhibit

Art is one of the first budget cuts for schools, yet if you ask people, art was one of their favorite subjects. Art gives kids another way to see and communicate with others. Art can sometimes be the class that keeps students in school. The Mills Station Arts and Culture Center is celebrating art in schools with this exhibit by showing some of the Rancho Cordova community’s kids’ art. Teachers rarely have the opportunity to show their work and this stage promotes the mentors and the mentees too!
