Restorative yoga is known for it's relaxing, healing and calming effects. It incorporates gentle yoga movements that are supported by props such as blankets, yoga bolsters, pillows, and more. All movements are slow, and gentle. This style of yoga gives the body and central nervous system a chance to relax and unwind.
