River City Chorale Christmas Concert (St. Mark's)

River City Chorale is a 60-voice auditioned community choir offering concerts of fine choral music in the greater Sacramento area for over 40 years. The group is presently preparing music around the theme “Caroling, Caroling” for the Christmas holiday season. Performances will feature sacred and secular music, both traditional and contemporary. Some of the composers represented include Craig Courtney, Jester Hairston, Mark Hayes, and British composer Peter Aston. The choir will be accompanied by the River City Orchestra.
