Sacramento Food Bank's Fresh Produce Drive

Local farmers, produce distributors, and grocers will drop off donations at Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services’ (SFBFS) Food Bank campus to try and break Sacramento’s record of 503,071 pounds of produce raised in one day! SFBFS will keep a live tally board running throughout the day in hopes of reaching the goal of 525,000 pounds of fresh produce for local families in need.

Tours will also be available that day! Please feel free to visit as SFBFS reaches their goal!

Individuals wanting to get involved can consider a financial gift to help purchase fresh food items for families in the community.

SFBFS is thankful for the event sponsors, including Sutter Health, United Healthcare and Golden 1, along with support from Visit Sacramento and Fox 40.
