Safe In the City: Self-Defense and Empowerment Seminar

Zen Martial Arts school in Sacramento will be partnering with Saint John’s Program for Real Change to provide a Women’s Self-Defense and Empowerment seminar. You will have an opportunity to contribute donations to St. John’s at the class. St. John’s will be sending a speaker out as well to talk about their program and how they can help women and children safely get out of an abusive or dangerous living situation.

Learn awareness strategies, using your environment to your advantage, and how to get away from an abuser or attacker. It is a fun program of fitness, empowerment, and self-defense for women Ages 13+. All are welcome and no previous martial arts or self-defense experience required.
