Self Care for Teachers

Self care is important for everyone right now, but it’s especially essential for teachers! It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned educator or parent tossed into the world of distance learning: We could all use a little breath of fresh art. Join us for an art-based self-care session, featuring guided meditation — no experience necessary — and short, mindful art-making activities that will lower your blood pressure and center you for the days ahead.
