Self Care Sundays

Self Care Sundays is an outdoor event for the Sacramento community to come together and practice self care. Self Care Sundays will include a 45 min workout session and various self-care activities such as tea tastings, gardening, vision board making, paint and sip, and much more. Self Care Sunday will give the community a safe space to relax and share the importance of taking care of the mind, body, and soul!

This week guests can expect Pilates with Kayla from Club Pilates, meditation and sound bowls with Light and Water, bottomless mimosas, Director of Vibes by Dj Stace Lace, and three workshops including custom bath salts with Mz. Bird, floral arrangements with Diosa Flowers, and succulents with Hella Leaf.

Food trucks for the week include The Original Bubble Cone and The Kebab Guys and other food vendors will be on site.
