Join Kemiko in a one hour Soothing Sunday Yoga Nidra Session. Enjoy an hour of rest and relaxation as Kemiko guides participants through this restorative yoga nidra workshop that is accessible to all levels of practitioners. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation while in svasana to bring one into a state of deep relaxation, restoring mind, body and soul. Start mid-afternoon with a little gentle mindful movement then flow into yoga nidra, ending the session with a sound experience and aromatherapy to seal in the healing. A warm cup of Chai Tea will fill the heart before you depart.
