Sour Beer and Cheese Pairing

Come hang out with Good News Wine’s friend Alex to taste some wild beer and cheese. Alex is a former cheese monger and co-owner of Cellador Ales. He’s been doing this beer and cheese-pairing thing for a long time, and they are so excited to have him share his knowledge of cheese and beer.

Cellador is a small brewery based in Los Angeles focused on barrel-fermented beer made with their house cultures. Each beer is unique and has a character of its own. These beers fall in the sour beer category and are very food friendly and exceptional with cheese.

This ticket gets you a seat at the proverbial table and a chance to taste five cheeses with accompanying four-oz pours of Cellardor beer.
