The 21st annual State of Downtown breakfast presented by Kaiser Permanente will review the great strides made in downtown, as well as preview upcoming revitalization initiatives and projects with an address by Mayor Darrell Steinberg, special JVance Stewart Community Service Award presentation in memoriam of Ali Youssefi and keynote by Kate Joncas.
