The evenings are long and warm, inviting us to enjoy the bounty of summer. Bring a date or a friend for a night of hands-on fun. Couples will work together to make and enjoy fresh herb and pea mascarpone bruschetta; zesty lemon chicken piccata with creamy polenta; a seasonal salad with homemade vinaigrette, and lemon poached peaches with sweet ricotta. This is a hands on class.
Students will enjoy full portions of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students Ages 21+.
