Their friend Joe from Boy's Bakery will be teaching you all about traditional Swedish Lucia Buns, "Lussekatter," and how to make them. You will learn new baking techniques including the difference between yeast bread and quick breads, and so much more! To top it off, Swedish mulled wine and gingerbread cookies will be served! ⠀
