Kick off the YMCA’s Healthy Living Week with a free event for the whole family! Watch inspirational short films from Academy-Award winning filmmakers about real-life stories of transformation. Connect with free community health resources. Join in fitness demos for all ages with YMCA instructors. Enjoy healthy snacks, giveaways, and activities for kids. Get ready to re-imagine the way you think about your health – mind, body, spirit and community.

Schedule:
-6pm-6:30pm: Health Resource Fair with Zumba Kids and Qigong (Tai Chi) Group Fitness Demos
-6:30pm-7:45pm: Short Films, Interactive Activities & Expert Presentations

TakeCare is a new national campaign that invites people to take care of their whole health — mind, body, spirit and community. It is a health and wellbeing initiative to inspire people through powerful storytelling and connect them with free tools and local resources to support them in their journey to whole health.

Comienza la semana de la vida saludable en YMCA con un evento gratuito para toda la familia.

La feria Cuídate es un evento familiar gratuito, en donde tendrá la oportunidad de ver cortometrajes poderosos e inspiradores de cineastas galardonados, sobre historias de transformación de la vida real, conectarse con recursos locales de salud, e iniciar su cambio de salud integral.

Disfrute de las demostraciones de acondicionamiento físico con los instructores de YMCA. Prepárese para transformar su forma de pensar sobre su salud, mente, cuerpo, espíritu y comunidad. Deléitese con refrigerios saludables, rifas, actividades infantiles y demostraciones interactivas con miembros en su comunidad.

-6pm-6:30pm: Feria de recursos de salud con demostraciones de ejercicios grupales para niños de Zumba y Qigong (Tai Chi)
-6:30pm-7:45pm: Cortometrajes, actividades interactivas y presentaciones de expertos
