Tintabulations Handbell Ensemble: Coming of Age Concert

As part of their Northern California tour, internationally acclaimed Tintabulations Handbell Ensemble comes to Sacramento! Delighting audiences now for over two decades, Tintabulations’ Spring-Summer concert series finds them celebrating their 21st birthday!

This high energy, innovative ensemble of hugely talented, fiercely dedicated musicians is led by the preeminent and cutting edge leader in the handbell world, Barb Walsh. Weaving some familiar and memorable melodies of their past with other dynamic pieces, some well known classically and others of a more contemporary nature, Tintabulations treats their audience with their personal touches of individuality, creativity, humor, and pure enjoyment and passion for handbells.

Entertaining and enthralling audiences locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, Tintabulations was asked to be one of only two handbell ensembles to represent the United States at the International Handbell Symposium in Vancouver, BC during the summer of 2016. With a broad age range of members from college students to retirees, Tintabulations is a Reno based non-profit ensemble, drawing its passionate member base from a large area encompassing Reno, Sparks, Chester, Grass Valley, Carnelian Bay and Bishop.
