Ultimate Frisbee for Beginners

The Sacramento Ultimate Players Association is hosting a 10 week “Ultimate 101” league for players new to ultimate frisbee or those who have played a bit but are looking to improve their skills.

This is a coed beginner and intermediate league, with a focus on developing skills in a relaxed learning environment. Inexperienced and first-time players are teamed up with other new players to learn the game of ultimate in a relaxed and fun environment. It’s a great way to have fun, meet new people and get exercise. Each week will consist of a few simple exercises followed some games, all under the coaching of experienced ultimate players.
