Sweet and spicy, creamy and crunchy -- curries are an explosion of flavors and textures. The class will create vegan curries and accompanying dishes: handmade roti; dal tadka; sweet and spicy tomato chutney; slow cooked stuffed okra with freshly roasted spices; and mango, coconut cashew-cream tart. This is a hands-on class with a vegan menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those Ages 21+.
