Vegan Fiesta

Prepare for a fiesta with this south of the border inspired menu! Alex shares recipes for a fresh Mexican torta sandwich with vegan chorizo and spicy roasted cauliflower; a savory sweet potato and veggie black bean burrito; seasoned rice; guacamole; vegan sour cream; salsa, and arroz con leche.
