Women's Art Therapy Group

This is a closed, 8-week group commitment for female and female-identified persons who are interested in experiencing art therapy, learning psycho-education around coping skills, mindfulness, and processing difficult emotions. Connect with others for support on challenges such as anxiety and depression, stress and/or life transitions. The group will be facilitated by Lindsay Kay Parkinson, LMFT, Board Certified Art Therapist and Melissa Anne McManis, LCSW and LGBTQ Affirmative Therapist.

Space is limited to 8 individuals.
