Workshop: Performance Metrics KPI and ROI

Participants will learn how to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor results in a balanced scorecard to adapt plans and resources to meet organizational goals in dynamic contexts. Participants will also discuss methods for tracking progress on change initiatives and quantifying Return on Investment (ROI).
