Yoga on the Farm (Postponed)

Soil Born’s drop-in, 60-minute yoga class is held weekly. Meet in the Outdoor Theatre located across from the Schoolhouse. This class is open to all levels. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Summer Ward has been a long-time supporter and teacher at Soil Born Farms. Her teaching is grounded in nature. The classes will be a blend of breath work and intentional movement. Her style is intuitive and accommodating to all who attend.
