Bethany Presbyterian Church
Bethany Presbyterian Church is the oldest Presbyterian church in the South Sacramento/Land Park area, drawing participation from the Pocket, Greenhaven, Elk Grove/Laguna, Fruitridge, Florin, East Sacramento/Rosemont and midtown/downtown Sacramento neighborhoods.
The church, which moved from Oak Park to its current site in 1954, celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014. Rev. Dr. Lorie Sprinkle serves as pastor of this multi-generational, ethnically diverse congregation. Bethany is located one mile south of Sacramento City College.
