Gurdjieff Foundation of Sacramento

The Gurdjieff Foundation of Sacramento is affiliated with the Gurdjieff Foundation of California. They hold weekly meetings in which they exchange observations about personal inner work, practice the music and movements, and study the ideas of the Gurdjieff teaching (usually referred to as “The Work”). In addition, weekend activities provide the opportunity to work more intensively with others.
