I purchased two KISS tickets back in July, Order Number 36422271, but only received 1 ticket. I have contacted "live nation" live chat several time prior to the concert to let someone know that I never received the 2nd ticket. On each and every contact I have had with your company I put my email mail address and contact number and never received a call or email. The concert is passed but still I am attempting to get a refund. I called your customer service number 888-684-3582 and spoke to Trish who assured me your agents would review my case and get back to me within 3-5 business days. Today is the 6th day. I just got cut off after being put on hold by Joan at the 888-684-3582. I want resolution to this issue and will continue to contact this company until I do. I spent over $400.00 for a product I never received.
