National Black Child Development Institute - Sacramento

The Sacramento Affiliate of the National Black Child Development Institute, a non-profit organization, supports programs and resources for African-American children, their parents, and the community in the areas of health, early care education, child welfare, parenting, and elementary and secondary education.
