Navy League of the United States Pacific Merchant Marine Council

The Council supports the US flag Merchant Marine and our maritime shore establishment – US built vessels, US owners and US citizen crews! The group has an education mission to inform the public of the vital necesity of our maritime industry.

The council lends it support for a stronger, more vibrant, merchant marine and is for shipyards that can build state of the art vessels, stronger shipping companies, removing impediments to moving goods (containers and bulk cargo) expeditiously. The group stands for prosperity — and that means jobs!
