The Oak Park Business Association (OPBA) is a property and business improvement district. The OPBA works with businesses and property owners within the business corridor to address issues of image, security, and advocacy. The association allows the business community to speak with one voice and is a dedicated group committed to Oak Park.

The Oak Park Property and Business Improvement District (PBID) boundaries border the north end of W Street and runs along Alhambra, frontage parcels to Y Street, where it turns down Broadway. All parcels which front Broadway down to the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd are included. Some parcels along the side street such as 2nd Avenue to the east of Broadway, and 3rd, 4th, and 5th Avenues to the west of Broadway are included as well. The boundaries have two zones; the second zone includes Pacific McGeorge Law School, Sara Lee Bakery Group, and McClatchy Park along 33rd Street and a small portion of 5th Avenue.

The Oak Park Business Association is funded by the assessment approved by the majority of business and property owners.

OPBA works as a catalyst for collaboration to attack disorder, improve safety, and attract new businesses, advocating for the economic vitality of the diverse Oak Park community.
