Optimist Club of Sacramento, Inc.
In 2011, The Optimist Club of Sacramento Foundation was founded. The purpose of the Optimist Club Sacramento Foundation, Inc. is for charitable purposes for the benefit and enrichment of youth in the Greater Sacramento region. No part of the net earnings, properties or assets of this foundation shall inure to the benefit of any private person or individual or and Director or Officer of this foundation or club. The Optimist Club and its Foundation is operated and managed solely by volunteers. There is no paid staff and no fundraising consultants. Our office space is donated. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from our raised funds are allocated to charities and youth in need. The Optimist Club of Sacramento meets every Thursday from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Lucca Restaurant, 1615 J St. Sacramento 95814. Guests are welcome!
