I live in the Arden-Arcade/Carmichael area & was fortunate enough to visit the college grounds perhaps 16-17 years ago when there was an open house of gardens in the Fair Oaks area. At that time the pond & garden area were open to the public. I haven’t been there in quite a few years, & was wondering if the grounds are still open to the public? It would be nice to visit again.
