Sac Parents Connect

Sac Parents Connect is put on by parents for parents. Their goal is to connect Sacramento area families with all of the wonderful resources and activities in the region to give new and expecting parents the best chance of raising happy and healthy kids. They are grateful for the friendships they have developed through various parent-and-child support groups and activity classes and believe this networking and connection is essential for the wonderful (and sometimes overwhelming) journey of parenthood.

From parks and libraries, to fitness and yoga classes, to art and music classes, to support groups and educational classes, to baby food, clothing, and equipment—there is so much to discover in the first year of parenthood. Sac Parents Connect aims to connect you with the resources you need, so you can focus on the family you love.
