Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team

The Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team (Sac Synchro) is a nonprofit organization and part of US Synchro. Their goal is to promote, instill, and develop the best combination of coaching and competition to provide swimmers with the opportunity to develop self-discipline, confidence, skills, and fitness, while being part of a team.

Sacramento Synchro is committed to developing its swimmers to their fullest athletic potential. With an open approach on the part of the athlete & parents, synchronized swimming offers a dynamic opportunity to develop teamwork, competitive spirit, work ethic, sportsmanship, and coachability.
