The Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society (STJS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of traditional jazz music. Its purpose is to educate STJS members and the public on matters concerning the preservation and promotion of traditional jazz music, and the study and playing of musical instruments associated with traditional jazz music.
STJS is proud to sponsor the annual Sacramento Music Festival (formerly Sacramento Jazz Festival & Jubilee) every Memorial Day Weekend since 1974. And, on the 2nd Sunday of each month, everyone is welcome to attend the Jazz Sunday concerts for an afternoon of socializing and dancing to live music (in three rooms!) performed by jazz bands and special guest artists from around the country.

The Davis Waldorf School got its start in the living room of a Dixon family who supported our mission over 35 years ago. From these humble beginnings our school has grown to a beautiful five acre campus on the outskirts of Davis. We are so thankful for the community that has allowed us to grow and continues to support our growth, giving us the opportunity to have a meaningful impact in the lives of hundreds of children each year.
We couldn't do this without our community's support and belief in our values. On March 25, 2023, we will have what we hope to be our biggest community fundraiser of the year - our school auction. We need Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society's help in order to make this event a success!
We have more information about sponsoring and donating to our school auction if you are interested in doing so please email me.
Thank you for your continued support,
