  3. I have tried to email Jenny and her email bounces back. I have a $50 gift card that Suzie Burger will not honor. The other restaurants were either closed or bought out

    • What happened with this?? Because I have the same issue - gift cards for SRO restaurants and I was going to go to Suzie's burger to use it..

  6. I have the same problem. I have a gift card for $50 that's probably 8-9 years old. It was misplaced and only recently found. Of course Bistro 33 in EDH and Davis are now permanently closed!
    I also tried reaching Jenny@bistro33.com but the email was kicked back saying "ERROR CODE :550 - 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."

    • If you purchased that card at Costco, you should return it there and exchange it for a restaurant that is still operating.

  9. After many tries to contact Jenny and being given the incorrect info, I finally made contact a few months ago. Was told she’d get back to me and, after another contact, still no response. It’s been over four months now.

    All I wanted was to get the balance on my card. Shouldn’t be difficult. Very disappointed with SRO.

  12. Yesterday I tried using my gift card at Suzies Burgers to pay for my meal and I was denied due to "new computer software which doesn't read the older gift cards". This card is one of the SRO Inc cards and should still work at Suzie Burger so please let me know how we can fix this issue since the person at the counter wasn't able to do it.
