Stanford Youth Solutions, formerly Stanford Home for Children, a Sacramento non-profit, has served this community’s young people and their families since 1900, supporting the needs of those unable to advocate, support, or provide for themselves. Highly trained staff uses evidence-based practices and national models of care to affect real and sustainable change, connecting vulnerable and at-risk youth with a permanent support system, whether that is a foster family or natural family, instead of an institution.
