The School of Light and Color
The School of Light and Color offers in-depth art instruction for adults at all levels, from beginners to advanced. Weekly classes and two to five day workshops are offered throughout the year by Susan Sarback, Terry Miura, and a staff of professional artists. Instruction is available in oils, pastels, watercolor, and drawing. Subjects include still life, landscape, figure, and portraits. This is an opportunity to learn new skills, refine your technique, and learn from recognized professional artists.
The School of Light and Color was founded by Susan Sarback, artist, author, and art instructor in 1986. Trained in the lineage of the impressionist painters, she has taught artists from all over the world how to enliven their work by seeing and painting with a broader understanding of light and color.
