Linda Tiefenthaler's art tends toward the comic. Shelikes to do things that amuse her and if her work can make people smile, the better. She is greatly influenced by cartoons, comics, and faerie tales--she supposes she never out grew that phase! Linda also works with nature themes.

Linda have always been intrigued by ceramics, but life got in the way and she wasn't able to explore the medium until about two years ago. although she doesn't have formal ceramics training, she's been lucky enough to have had the chance to work with artists who have helped her.

Linda was born here in Sacramento (don't ask when) and has lived here for most of her life. She has had a variety of “careers,” but  was always  interested in art.
