Dave Webb has lived in Davis since 1974. His iPhone images have been featured in The New York Times blog Lens, the Sacramento News and Review, Davis Enterprise, KCRA, KXTV, KMAX, and Sactown Magazine. He has exhibited in the Tsao Gallery and John Natsoulas Gallery in Davis, and the Viewpoint Gallery and Little Relics in Sacramento. His most recent exhibit "You Are Here" with Steve Barbaria, was sponsored by Capital Public Radio, the NPR affiliate in Sacramento.

Saturate Yolo, his exhibition of hundreds of images of Yolo County, was captured and edited entirely on an iPhone. It featured printed images and a five electronic "glowing frames." Saturate Yolo was presented in conjunction with the City of Davis’s “Phone Art Month,” as declared in proclamation by the City Council. Saturate Sacramento, a similarly conceived exhibition, was subject of City of Sacramento's "Phone Art Month" and was funded in part by the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission. He recently completed a novel of literary fiction and is shopping it for representation.

A graduate of UC Davis and a musician for many years ( described as "poetic, provocative and well worth keeping an eye on," by Anthony DeCurtis, Rolling Stone), Dave was the first marketing director for both the Davis Food Co-op and UC Davis Presents (now Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts). Previously a Fellow with the California Art Council’s Arts Marketing Institute, he recently concluded an extensive consultation with Harris Center for the Arts, the $50 million arts facility that opened in 2011. Dave was responsible for the initial branding, marketing and the original name "Three Stages."
