This celebration of independence accurately sports the tagline “a fresh take on awesome!” This giant celebration in Rancho Cordova features two days of concerts, fireworks, and festivals, meaning two days to experience a kids zone, cornhole tournament, pony rides, a petting zoo, a zipline, a beer garden, and so much more!

Downtown Roseville 4th of July Celebration

Roseville has planned a whole day to celebrate starting with an early morning run to raise funds for community organizations, followed by the highly anticipated return of the Independence Day parade! Next, you can head over to Royer Park where plenty of fun for the kids can be found alongside a performance by the Capitol Pops Concert Band. The grand finally of the day is, of course, a huge fireworks show featuring food trucks and drinks, bounce houses, and tons of kids activities.

Nothing says “classic” quite like a good ol’ fashion pie-eating contest, except for maybe fireworks in Elk Grove! For the 23rd year, the City of Elk Grove will hold their Salute to the Red, White, and Blue. While competitors attempt to eat the most pie, attendees can enjoy vendors, food trucks, a bike and stroller parade, live music and entertainment, and more!
