Behind the Barre: Made in Sacramento

See the ‘Olympics of Meat’ in the heart of downtown Sacramento. See butchers from around the world show off their knife skills on  at the world’s largest butchery event.

Chalk It Up Festival
Fremont Park

The Chalk It Up! Chalk Art and Music Festival is a three-day celebration of local artists and the arts community. Hear live local music, shop from local craft, maker, and food vendors in the marketplace, and watch local artists turn the sidewalks around Fremont Park into colorful works of temporary art.
