Celebrate the Fourth of July weekend and watch the boat parade! Decorated boats will be leaving the Sacramento Yacht Club and heading North up the Sacramento River so you can watch them on both sides of the river.

California Classic

The Sacramento Kings will host the California Classic Summer League for an expanded lineup of players and teams preparing for NBA action. This year, the San Antonio Spurs and Charlotte Hornets will join the Kings, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, and Miami Heat for two days of competition and a world-class entertainment experience.

The Fourth of July Parade has been a mainstay celebration in the Pocket/Greenhaven community since 1994. The parade features a wide variety of hand-crafted floats and participants including local businesses, youth groups, volunteer organizations, community organizations, school clubs, and musical groups.

Oh my stars, Red, White, and Brew is here! The prime location provides a front-row seat to the city’s Independence Day pyrotechnics, so come indulge in fantastic food, groovy tunes, and cold beverages!
