Running is one of the best activities for your body, but did you know it can be just as helpful for the community, too? The 18th Annual Race for the Arts sets out to do just that. This fun race hopes to raise funds and awareness for some of California’s nonprofit arts programs. Sprinkled with live entertainment, the course weaves its way through shady William Land Park for a breezy 5K run or walk, perfect for the seasoned runner, the arts lover, and everyone in between! To sweeten the deal, there will be over 40 interactive arts themed booths at the post-race festival.

William Land Park is the perfect spot to bring the whole family out for a run. This spacious park boasts great jogging paths, shady trees, and lakes that will make this run fun and beautiful. The 18th Annual Race for the Arts is a guaranteed day of fun for the whole family; not only will you be having fun, but you’ll help sustain our arts community.

Note: If you want to support the Race for the Arts’ mission, then attend its Off to the Races Food and Wine Tasting at the California State Railroad Museum. You’ll be able to sample wines, try local bites, and see some wonderful performances.
