This Interactive Art Exhibit features artists whose work creates a unique opportunity for viewer participation and interaction. Artwork will provide an immersive and sensory experience (from visual, auditory, tactile) that is safe and appropriate for all ages. Works will demonstrate a high artistic quality and articulation of the media. Infrastructure (i.e. monitors, headphones, projectors) must be provided by the artist as part of the artwork. Electricity and a limited number of pedestals available.

Eligibility: We welcome art submissions from emerging (18+) and established artists in Northern California.

Media: Painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, sculpture, installation, film/video/new media, digital art and more. Artworks should be interactive-friendly and touchable.

Important Dates:
-Deadline to Enter (submit proposal and images of work): 5pm on March 16, 2020
-Notification of acceptance: March 23, 2020
-Exhibition Dates: July 9-August 26, 2020
-Installation Dates (individual set-up times TBD): June 29-July 7
-Opening Reception: July 9, 2020, 5:30-8pm
-Pick up remaining artwork at The Barn Gallery in Woodland, CA: August 27, 2020, 10am-12pm

Artwork Guidelines:
-Artwork must address exhibition theme, be original, solely created by the artist, and
not previously exhibited by YoloArts.
-2D artwork must meet professional gallery display standards, wired, have D-rings or
cleats properly installed on the back. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS
-3D artwork may be free standing, or displayed on pedestals (provided by artist or YoloArts)
-Artwork may be designated for sale
-No artwork may be withdrawn from the exhibition prior to the closing date.
-Notification — Artists will receive art delivery instructions prior to June 29, 2020.

-Include 1-4 JPEG or PNG image(s) that best represent your work. 500kb-1MB max.
(label JPEG with Title_Dimensions_ArtistName)
