It's time for a new season of Spirit In Motion (SIM)! If you're looking for a place to have fun, meet new people, perform in and around Sacramento, and learn from the best dance instructors around, then SIM is the place for you!

Spirit In Motion is a ballroom and Latin dance company based in West Sacramento at Spotlight Ballroom! They welcome dancers of all levels, new and old, to join their team and celebrate love of dance! They've performed at all types of venues, from private events to the CA State Fair to competing at the International Grand Ball!

Beginning dancers with little or no experience are welcomed and encouraged to audition! They'll teach you how to dance, and tell you the secret skills needed to put on a killer performance. They have multiple routines so dancers of all levels have a place where they'll feel comfortable!
