City Scout Magazine is teaming up with Front Street Animal Shelter for the Scout Market Spring Sale. The Scout Market Spring Sale allows Sacramento to support local makers who will be offering items at discounted prices. Front Street Animal Shelter will be offering free pet adoptions on all pets over one year old.
