Angels for Hearts is a locally grown foundation dedicated to providing pediatric heart patients with a sense of normalcy, in a very not-normal environment. Angels for Hearts creates fun free events for pediatric heart patients (“heart kids”) and their families throughout the year.

This event brings heart families together from as far as Southern California to Oregon to get to know and support each other. Heart Families Rock is open to all families with children with congenital heart defects, including heart angel families who have lost a child to a congenital heart defect. There will be food, entertainment, a photo booth, face painting, and a deejay. Families are able to look around the event and know they all share the same experience. The group's goal is to give families an event/party to celebrate that they rock and to not focus on heart related things like medicine, hospital bills or surgeries/treatment they can just relax and be a family.

Angels for Hearts strives to promote that heart kids are first and foremost kids before being a heart patient. Since 2008, Angels for Hearts has had the pleasure of serving thousands of pediatric heart patients at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Sutter Children’s Center, Sacramento and UC Davis Children’s Hospital, all thanks to the generous support of our donors and sponsors.
