Mark your calendars for a fun-filled conversation about O Street. The goal of Envision O Street is to transform O Street into an inviting streetscape that is safe and comfortable place to walk, bike, and interact with neighbors.

Join CADA and some of its partners at 9th & O Streets for an interactive workshop designed to create a new vision for O Street. Food vendors, a children’s foam building block area, and live music will accompany some informational booths. The workshop is designed to allow participants to drop in and out as they please throughout the day.

Have your voice heard as we create the new vision for the O Street Corridor. CADA is leading the effort to design an exciting new streetscape following its success on R Street and 16th Street. There will be live music, informational booths with some freebies, a children’s foam block play area, food vendors, and an interactive process to have your ideas for O Street recorded. The more creative the better!

There will be food to purchase from Vallejo’s and Golden Dragon restaurants, live music presented by City of Trees Brass Band, and displays presented by project partners Crocker Museum, the California Museum, Caltrans, the Energy Commission, the Department of Water Resources, AARP and Sacramento Bicycle Advocates and Sacramento Regional Transit.
