Learn and practice Spanish in the museum at this bilingual Fourth Friday: Fiesta de Animales/Animal Party! Inspired by the Museum’s collection of ancient West Mexican pottery and the fantastical Alebrijes of Mexican folk art heritage, the group will create our own unique animal disguises.
Listen to captivating bilingual stories told by children’s author Matthew Gollub, and hunt for animals in the galleries with museum educator Celina Gonzalez-Cortez. Full of magical creatures, creative exploration, and so much more, this Fourth Friday will be a party with the animals!
