At the height of the cold war, neighbors Sul and Efran decide to build a shared bomb shelter for their families. As the world around them changes, both families are forced to ponder their place in the shifting landscape.

The Sutter Community Garage is located in the alley at 2701 N Street. The entrance to the garage is located on 28th between Capitol Avenue and N Street. When entering the garage, attendees will insert a credit or debit card. No ticket or receipt will be printed. When leaving the garage, attendees will insert their card again and be given a receipt.
