The Junior League of Sacramento (JLS) presents our fourth annual Touch-A-Truck™, an educational community event that provides hands-on opportunities for children and their families to see and touch the trucks and machinery used in our communities and to meet the heroes that work on these awesome machines. The goal is to incorporate the group's focus of empowering girls by providing access to examples of local women heroes in careers of all types, such as women police officers, bus drivers and firefighters.

Junior League of Sacramento expects to have over 1,500 attendees! Funds raised through Touch-A-Truck™ will benefit JLS in the 2019-20 year providing funding for continued promotion of civic volunteer training, voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the Greater Sacramento area through sustainable program efforts.

Note: The event will be lights and horns free for the first hour from 9am-10am.
