You are invited to a spiritual, fun and uplifting evening of groovy rhythms and sacred sound kirtan.

Kirtan is group mantra meditation in a call-and-response fashion accompanied by any musical instruments. The mantras are older than time. listen, sing along, dance, sway to the music, and enjoy delicious refreshments for a break. It's uplifting,stress-relieving, laid-back, and fun! Increasingly modern medicine is noticing the health benefits of meditation -- reduced stress, anxiety, depression, and relief from the physical results thereof.

Feelings of satisfaction, joy, inner peace, as well as self-knowledge and clarity, are common results.
