Sometimes the passage from home to school is somewhat traumatic, second to that of birth in early childhood. In both cases, we leave a place of warmth and protection for one that is unknown. The unknown can create an unsettled fear with it. In this sensory workshop series, we try to counteract uncertainty with a positive message through visual art, sounds of melody, and another stimulus like mixing shapes, colors, transparencies, even aroma. Children are naturally curious and eager to learn.

We want to gently and securely show them a new, colorful world of learning is fascinating!
